OUR BREAD

We make our award-winning organic white and granary loaves right here in the bakery, using just 3 ingredients- flour salt and water. On weekends we have specials which may include cheese + chive, gordal olive, blue cheese + walnut, chilli + cheddar, baguette and rolls, however the mood takes us.

As a small family bakery, we have limited capacity and follow a two-day process of proving, lamination and baking, which means we are unable to produce extra loaves or pastries at short notice. We use our best guess, but sometimes sell out early. If you want to pre order in advance to make sure we have your favouirtes when you want them, visit our shop.
